While we take every precaution to ensure the safe transit of our lamps, we can't always guarantee they'll be handled with the utmost care. If any issues arise during shipping, please reach out to us immediately. We accept returns related to shipping damage within two weeks of confirmed delivery, with each case individually assessed to confirm transit damage.

For any concerns regarding the light itself, please contact us promptly for troubleshooting. Our Nautilus range features an easily interchangeable LED light bulb available from the 'accessories' page on our site. If the issue persists, kindly return your lamp in a secure box (preferably the original one) with ample padding. We'll diligently address and resolve each case, coordinating with you for the best possible outcome. Shipping costs for these issues will be refunded.

For returning an item that has simply been a wrong order or because you didn't like the product that has arrived, we do not offer a refund and return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
